Just stayed for a couple of nights, and the location's fantastic! Shower setup could be better, but the staff were super helpful, especially Tarek and Mohamed who really made me feel at home. Breakfast was decent too, a nice start to the day!

Very impressed with guest room with the window open. Comfortable and absolutely perfect location of the hotel, really close to shops, the markets, shopping centres, gardens, and the train station and the bus station.

Only one plug socket available in the room, located far from the bed, which makes it a hassle to charge devices. The lack of basic amenities like a fridge, tea-making facilities, and an iron is surprising for a place with a four-star rating. The bathtubs are cumbersome, especially without handrails.
